Malaysian Chicken Curry
Ingredients

1 onion roughly chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric
4 chicken breasts (cut into pieces)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp ginger (tube)
2 tsp lemongrass (tube)
2-3 tsp red chilli (tube)
handful of green beans
400ml can coconut milk

Method
Fry onion, add coriander and turmeric, cook for 1 min.
Add chicken, cook 5 mins.
Add garlic, ginger, lemongrass and chilli with 3 tablespoons of coconut milk, stir.
Add remaining coconut milk, bring to boil, simmer 5 mins.

Done! Serve with rice.
